Our long-standing partner Steco Centar specializes in manufacturing and exporting prefabricated wooden buildings to the global market, casting a new light on modern construction.

Sustainability and quality are the key priorities. All products are manufactured in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and shipped to four continents. Within Europe, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia, and the Netherlands are the principal export partners. The Netherlands is on track to become Steco Centar’s largest market by 2025.

This family-owned business has over 20 years of experience in construction and has built thousands of buildings worldwide, ranging from 10 to 5,000 square meters in floor area. Milenko Stevanovic, the founder and owner, has consistently prioritized quality and innovation. He also emphasizes taking responsibility and ownership. His son, Mihailo, is being groomed to become the general manager of Steco Centar, ensuring the company’s future continuity.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Steco Centar in particular, are known for their exceptional craftsmanship. As the Netherlands increasingly opts for prefab solutions, the craftsmanship from Bosnia provides significant added value. Steco Centar’s employs over 200 highly qualified specialists in all aspects of assembly and rapid construction. The company boasts a state-of-the-art production facility, equipped to prepare and produce all elements of prefab construction in a factory exceeding 12,000 square meters. The current design, production, and assembly capacity is about 200 square meters of structures per day, making it one of the largest capacities in the region. Production capacity is expanding further, driven by growing demand from the Netherlands.

High quality materials

The materials Steco Centar uses in the preparation and construction of our facilities are exclusively of the highest quality with the necessary certifications. Many materials are sourced from Germany, and the wood supplier is based in Austria.
